This unique eco-retreat has been thoughtfully crafted using approximately 95% reclaimed materials, including recycled windows, doors, and scaffold-board walls.

Designed with sustainability at its heart, the property operates entirely on renewable energy, with electricity generated by solar panels and hot water provided through a biomass-powered system.

Inside, you'll find a comfortable bedroom, a luxurious double-ended bathtub, and a shower. The fully equipped kitchen features a fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, ice bucket, and Prosecco glasses as well as the essentials..

A striking living feature is the tree growing through the centre of the kitchen, creating a truly memorable space that blends nature with modern comfort.

For relaxation, guests can enjoy the wood-fired hot tub (not jets just gentle convection), while the flat-screen TV provides entertainment after a day of exploring.

We’re currently unable to accept dogs, as Green Escapes Lincs is on a working arable farm.

Guests can access the treehouse independently using a secure key lock box located by the entrance. The access code and full check-in instructions will be sent a few hours before your arrival, making check-in simple and convenient, even if you arrive later in the day. The entire treehouse and private outdoor area are exclusively yours to enjoy throughout your stay.

A dedicated car park space is available in the site's car park.
